✦ Terms of Service ✦

General:

  • i accept text for reference so long as you can provide as detailed of a description as possible. however, visual references are preferred and greatly appreciated. quality does not matter! this is just for ease of workflow

  • i retain the right to deny any commission request

  • i retain the copyright to the illustration as the artist; you must include credit whenever you repost said illustration, with the watermark to the artwork included

  • only non-commercial use of the commission is permitted. you may not monetize the artwork in any way, nor use my work or any part of it on platforms/accounts that are monetized

  • you may not use my work or any part of it for any AI or blockchain-based technology, including but not limited to generative AI and NFTs

  • you may not trace and/or copy my work or any part of it

  • you may not alter or remove my watermark

  • you may not use or distribute any sketches/work in progress shots i send you in any way, shape, or form, including posting them online

  • i am free to share the commission on my socials as a means to promote my work, unless requested otherwise

  • feel free to post the finished artwork online with credit (my name and a clickable link to one of my socials)

My Art Process:

  • Commissions may take a maximum of 2-3 weeks depending on my workload and the complexity of the commission. They are also done in order of queue.

  • Updates will be different depending on the type of commission. However after each update, I will expect a response from you for any adjustment requests. If there are no requests, the commissioner must still reply to let me know I can continue with the piece.

  • FOR ICONS AND CHIBIS: Updates will include a rough sketch and a base color update

  • FOR STICKERS: Updates will include a rough sketch and lineart update

Payment and Refunds:

  • full payment will be done upfront through paypal only

  • a commission will not be started until it is paid

  • commissions become non-refundable after the sketch is finished and sent

  • complicated designs may need additional payment, price may vary depending on complexity

  • simple backgrounds are free

Alteration Requests:

  • the sketch can be altered for free, though if multiple changes are requested, there may be a fee depending on how large the change is

  • FOR ICONS AND CHIBIS: Alterations aside from colors/anything very minor are no longer allowed once the colored sketch is approved and rendering process has begun

  • FOR STICKERS: Alterations to the colors are free so long as they are very minor (ex. changes in saturation, skintone, etc)
